I opened my first online store at 17, selling shoes, and sold it because I didn't know how to scale it. I went on to build a fashion marketplace, then jumped at the chance to learn how it's done from Adore Me, a fast-growing e-commerce company in New York.
I joined in 2013 as Head of Business Software and later became VP of Software Incubation. For more than a decade I automated its operations, from procurement, supply chain and shipping to finance and marketing. I also built its influencer platform, which grew to 6,000 creators. Adore Me went from zero to over $200M in revenue, and in 2022 Victoria's Secret & Co. agreed to acquire it in a $400M deal.
Along the way I co-founded FoodKit. Opvelo is how I'm putting everything I learned into a product, so any small e-commerce business can grow without the headache I had with my first store.
