Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an activity?
An activity is any action Opvelo performs for you, such as generating a product listing, translating a field, drafting a support reply or storing an asset. Each plan includes a base number of activities per month.
How does activity-based pricing work?
Each plan includes a set number of activities. If you go beyond that, you pay a small per-activity fee based on what was done (e.g., €0.15 per listing, €0.10 per ticket). This covers AI and storage costs transparently.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and activity limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Starter plan is free forever with 50 included activities. For Growth and Scale, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
Do I need a Shopify store to use Opvelo?
Currently, yes. Shopify is the storefront Opvelo runs on. From there it also sells on marketplaces (eMAG and ABOUT YOU today, Trendyol next) and in your physical shop through Shopify POS.
Do operations share data with each other?
Yes, that's the point of one system. A published listing reaches every marketplace, an order is shipped, invoiced and reconciled by the same system, and your brand voice is shared by listings, translations, newsletters and support.
