  • You must have a valid Shopify store to use Opvelo
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Content generated by Opvelo for your store belongs to you. The Service itself, including its algorithms, models, and infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of Opvelo.

6. AI-Generated Content

Opvelo uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, translations, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your store.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time.
