What Opvelo needs to get started

A Shopify store, the channels you want to connect, and the store data Opvelo reads for the operations you turn on.

Opvelo runs the back office of a Shopify store. To get started you need:

A Shopify store

Shopify is the storefront Opvelo runs on, so a Shopify store is required. From there, Opvelo can also sell on marketplaces (eMAG and ABOUT YOU today, Trendyol next) and in your physical shop through Shopify POS.

The operations you want to turn on

You don’t have to use everything. Turn on what you need, such as translations, shipping, invoicing or marketplaces, and add more later. Everything you turn on shares the same orders, stock and customers.

The accounts you want to connect

Some operations work with services you already use. Connect only the ones you need:

  • Marketplaces: your eMAG or ABOUT YOU seller account
  • Couriers: your Sameday, FAN Courier or GLS account
  • Invoicing: your invoicing software and national e-invoicing
  • Banking: your bank feeds, for payment matching

What data Opvelo reads

When you connect your Shopify store, Opvelo accesses the store data needed for the operations you enable, such as your product catalog, orders, and customer and shipping details. Where you connect them, it also reads marketplace, carrier, invoicing and bank data.

Your store data is used only to provide Opvelo services to you. It is never sold or shared. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The fastest way to start

Book a demo and tell us where you sell. We’ll show you one of your own orders running through Opvelo, start to finish, and help you decide what to turn on first.
