The problem
Reorders are guessed from a spreadsheet
Most stores plan restocks from a sales export and a stock count pasted into the same spreadsheet, adjusted by feel. Days a product was sold out drag its sales rate down, sizes are ordered in equal runs, and customers asking for sold-out items sit in another tool. The result is money tied up in slow stock while best sellers run out.

Measure real demand
Opvelo reads your sales net of returns and counts only the days each product was actually in stock, so a sell-out doesn't look like weak demand. Seasonality is factored in for each product.

Work out what's needed
For each product, expected sales over your planning horizon plus safety stock, minus stock on hand and already on order, gives a suggested quantity, rounded up to the supplier's minimum order.

Split it by size
The quantity is spread across sizes using the store's own size curve, and sizes that no longer sell get none. You see days of cover per product, and anything with less cover than its supplier lead time is marked to order now.

Review, then order
Next to each suggestion you see how many customers asked to be notified or saved the product. You adjust the quantities, confirm, and the purchase order to the supplier is drafted from what you approved.
