The problem
Purchase orders live in inboxes and spreadsheets
Without one system, a purchase order is a spreadsheet emailed to the supplier, and every change comes back as a reply. Agreed prices and dates are scattered across threads, nobody is sure who owes the next answer, and receiving means comparing a delivery against whichever version of the order you can find.

How Purchase Orders works
- 01
Draft the order
You build a draft by supplier and product, or start from the demand plan. AI assistants can prepare and edit drafts, but only a person on your team can send an order to the supplier.
- 02
Agree with the supplier
The supplier confirms, rejects or counters with quantities, prices and dates per line. The order always shows whose turn it is, and it's confirmed only when every line has an agreed price.
- 03
Receive line by line
When goods arrive you record what was received and accepted on each line, with a reason for any rejected units. Anything more than was ordered is flagged, and part deliveries keep the order open.
- 04
Update your costs
Received units update each product's average cost, including freight and other landed costs you add, and you're warned when a product's margin drops past your threshold. Received goods still waiting for a supplier invoice are listed.
