For stores that order from several suppliers by email today. Each supplier signs in to see your orders, answers line by line and uploads documents, and nothing changes until your team accepts it.

The problem
Today a supplier answers a purchase order by replying to an email, with a changed quantity in one message, a new date in another and the proforma attached to a third. Someone on your team has to copy each change into the order by hand, and attachments get lost in inboxes.
How it solves it
Each supplier gets an invitation email and signs in with a one-time code sent to their address, with no password to manage. They see only the orders you've sent them.
On each order, the supplier confirms, rejects or proposes changes line by line: quantity, unit price, delivery date and their own product code, plus deposit and payment terms. They can download the order as PDF or Excel.
The supplier uploads proformas, AWBs and packing lists straight to the order, and both sides post notes on the order instead of emailing. Invoices are confirmed only by your team.
Every answer shows up on your purchase order right away. A proposal changes nothing until your team accepts it or sends back a new round, and the supplier can't change an order once it's confirmed.
Supplier portal
Each supplier gets a link to their orders. They propose quantities, prices and delivery dates, upload proformas and packing lists, and talk to your team, all on the order itself. You confirm.
Every app runs on the same orders, stock and customers, so each one picks up the others' work as soon as you add it.
