Connecting a marketplace
Which marketplaces Opvelo sells on, what gets published from your catalog, and how marketplace orders are handled.
Opvelo publishes your Shopify catalog to marketplaces and brings their orders back next to your own.
Which marketplaces
- Live: eMAG and ABOUT YOU
- In progress: Trendyol and Allegro
- Planned: other European marketplaces. See the full list on Sell Everywhere.
Need a marketplace that isn’t listed, or sooner? Tell us. The roadmap follows what our stores sell on.
What you’ll need
A seller account on the marketplace, with the API access it gives its sellers. We connect it during setup.
What gets published
Products, stock and prices are published from your main catalog. You don’t keep a second copy of your products for each marketplace; the marketplace’s own categories and characteristics are mapped from your product data. A product published once reaches every channel, translated.
If you already sell on a marketplace, your existing listings are matched to your products before anything new is published, so they aren’t created twice.
Stock
Sell a unit anywhere and it’s gone everywhere. A daily check against your accounting stock catches oversell risks before a customer does.
Orders
Marketplace orders arrive next to your web orders. They’re shipped, invoiced and reconciled exactly like a web order, and marketplace settlements appear with your other payouts, with gross, fees and net.
Prices
Prices are published from your catalog. If you use pricing rules (in early access), margins account for marketplace fees, and discounts follow the EU Omnibus rules on every channel.
