The problem
Profit is known weeks after the month ends
Today the P&L arrives from the accountant well after month-end, or gets rebuilt in a spreadsheet from sales exports, bank lines and supplier bills. By then pricing and stock decisions have already been made on guesses, and when a number looks wrong there is no quick way to see which documents it came from.

Revenue from your invoices
Revenue comes from every invoice and credit note issued for web, marketplace and in-store sales, with output VAT per month. Cost of goods sold uses the product cost captured when each invoice was issued.

Costs from every source
Expenses come from supplier invoices and from bank payments classified without a document, each counted once. Payroll comes from the monthly salary statement, equipment is spread over its useful life, and stock bought for resale is kept separate.

Gaps shown, not hidden
Where a figure is still missing, such as uncategorised purchases, the report says so. You can enter your own figure for a cost you already know, and every number opens the documents behind it.
