The problem
Payouts arrive as lump sums with no order list
A courier sends one transfer for hundreds of parcels, a marketplace nets its fees and invoices out of the settlement, and Shopify Payments pays out on its own schedule. Tying these to orders means downloading reports from each portal and reconciling them in a spreadsheet. Parcels delivered but never paid out slip through, and fees vanish into the net.

Payouts pulled in
Opvelo syncs payouts from Shopify Payments, Sameday and FAN Courier, and reads the settlement files others send, such as GLS reports and eMAG statements, whether they are emailed to your store's address or uploaded.

Broken down by order
Each payout shows gross, fees and net, and every line is tied to its order, its parcel's waybill and its invoice. A statement that doesn't add up, or lists parcels that aren't yours, is rejected with the reason.

Matched to the bank
Each payout is matched to the transfer that reached your bank, in its own currency. Exact matches confirm themselves; anything uncertain is proposed for you to confirm with one click.

Orders marked paid
Once the money has landed, the payout's orders are marked paid in Shopify and against their invoices. Delivered parcels that were never paid out, and payouts with no bank transfer behind them, are flagged.
