Supplier bills are scattered across inboxes and portals
Most months someone downloads e-invoices, digs PDFs out of several inboxes, logs into ad and software portals to fetch the rest, then types supplier, number, lines and VAT into a spreadsheet for the accountant. Bills get missed, the same invoice arrives twice by different routes, and month-end waits on whoever still has the paperwork.

Collected from every source
Supplier invoices are pulled from the national e-invoicing system. Your store also gets its own address to forward PDFs to, you can upload files, and a browser extension fetches invoices from portals that never email them, such as ad platforms.

Read line by line
E-invoices are parsed from their XML. PDFs and scans are read by AI for supplier, number, lines, totals and VAT. A bill that arrives by two routes is recognised and kept as one record.

Filed under the right account
Each invoice takes its supplier's default account. Classify a recurring line once, like a leasing instalment, and the same line on that supplier's next invoice arrives already classified.

Checked and matched
Anything read from a PDF waits for you to confirm or correct it, and your corrections are never overwritten by a later read. Invoices are matched to the bank payment that settled them and exported for your accountant.
