Home delivery, lockers and pickup points are supported, and the right courier is chosen for each destination.
What you’ll need
Your own account with each courier you want to use. Opvelo creates waybills on your account, so your prices and contract terms stay the same. We connect the accounts during setup.
Waybills
Waybills are created for you from the order: the address, the parcel and, for cash-on-delivery orders, the amount to collect. Marketplace orders are shipped the same way as web orders.
Tracking
Every parcel is followed to delivery. Delays are spotted before the customer asks, and delivery updates go back to the order in your store.
In the shipments view you see every parcel from every courier in one place: what’s in transit, what’s delayed, what it cost, and how fast deliveries really arrive, in business days, by country and courier.
Cash on delivery
COD is marked paid only when the courier’s money actually reaches your bank. See Cash on delivery and courier payouts.
