The problem
Today someone copies each address into the courier's website, pastes the tracking number back into Shopify and answers "where is my parcel" emails one by one. Late parcels are noticed when the customer complains, labels printed but never collected go unseen, and nobody can say which courier is really faster to each country.
How it solves it
In the order's Print menu in Shopify, Generate AWB books the waybill with the address, parcel weight and any cash-on-delivery amount taken from the order. Your routing rules pick the courier and service by country, payment method, weight or locker.
After checkout, the thank-you page and the order status page let the customer choose a locker or pickup point, so the parcel is booked to the right place without a phone call.
Opvelo polls each courier for status updates, writes the fulfilment and tracking back to your Shopify order, and records what each shipment cost. Marketplace orders from eMAG are tracked in the same view.
Each parcel gets a promised date in business days for its courier and destination, skipping weekends and local holidays. Past that date you get an alert, and optional emails go to the customer, in their language, and to the courier.
Shipments
Every shipment from every carrier in one view: what's in transit, what's delayed, what it cost, and how fast it really arrives.
Every app runs on the same orders, stock and customers, so each one picks up the others' work as soon as you add it.
